An annual community meeting was held on 02/02/2023. During this, some major decisions were made. We will be posting meeting minutes soon.

Annual Meeting – April 2019

The next annual meeting will take place on April 15, 2019. Specific details coming soon! This is a yearly opportunity to attend a community meeting to hear about upcoming and completed projects, and to voice concerns or offer suggestions. We will also pass out parking passes at this meeting. Owners/landlords are responsible for getting the parking passes for their tenants. Board Meetings

Board Meetings are typically held on the third Monday of every month at Southgate Community Center.  Please contact the President for more information if you would like to attend.
